About the CENTER
The Duke Center for Community and Population Health Improvement is a multi-disciplinary center that leverages academic, health system, and community partnerships to improve community and population health.
Through five key programs, the Center tackles numerous health conditions affecting persons across the life course, while focusing on those needs viewed as most pressing by the community.

The Duke Center for Community and Population Health Improvement is seeking faculty interested in Center affiliation and involvement.

The Center views Durham County, NC as a model ecosystem through which best practices can be developed for improving community and population health. The Center will serve as a co-partner among many multi-sector partners to improve health through measurable interventions.
The Center will foster Duke’s academic health centers’ engagement into a broad community-driven initiative with the overall goal to improve the health of Durham County through partnered and measurable interventions that jointly can improve local and regional health.
