Our purposeThe Population Health Improvement Initiative (PHII) aims to catalog the efforts of Duke University, DukeHealth, and its partner community organizations to improve population health in the Durham community and beyond.
Information on various population health improvement efforts is displayed in this interactive website to be used by Duke, Durham community members, funding agencies, and other interested stakeholders. Stakeholders can engage with the website and filter the project by health factor, target population, and more. |
